Job Role & Responsibilities
- Support the business through identifying & defining business & technical solutions within D365 Finance
- Create detailed requirement documentation & diagrams, ensuring the development team understand the goals
- Configurations across the core D365 Finance modules, including AR, AP, GL.
- Analyze current business processes within Finance & recommend improvements
- Hold design review sessions with cross-functional teammates
- End-user training and change management
- Develop & execute end-to-end testing
The Successful Candidate:
- Has been working deeply within the Financial modules of Dynamics 365 (AX!) for several years
- Can configure D365 whilst understanding the impact of these changes on the business
- Is a self-starter with a “can-do” attitude to rolling up their sleeves when priorities shift
- Is passionate about process improvement
- Can empathize with the challenges end-users face
- Has experience with Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- Will confidently manage projects end-to-end autonomously
- Works & communicates well with technical teams
- Enjoys training users to get those “aha” & “wow” moments
