    Reporting directly to the company owner, this role has been created as the “second in command” at a boutique Microsoft Partner. You are charged with taking ownership of all aspects in delivery, including project management and people development.


    Ideally– you have been doing similar work in the Partner channel delivering D365 F&O, or Dynamics AX, projects. BUT we will also consider other Microsoft ERP experience.



    • Evaluation of existing processes and protocols in order to fully comprehend opportunities for improvement across all service lines
    • Hiring, training and developing delivery team members, technical & functional
    • Effectively manage multiple projects and workload of resources
    • Improve and maintain interdepartmental workflow and standards
    • Facilitate effective hand off between sales and service
    • Plan, develop and manage client engagements/projects including schedule, scope and budget.
    • Resource management including directing of internal and external resources to fulfill specifications to meet client and company objectives.
    • Management of client expectations
    • Communication across levels of stakeholders to ensure successful relationships and product or service delivery
    • Manage scorecard of delivery
    • Develop and implement PMO standards for workflow including documentation, timelines, client communication, resource allocation, and the successful ushering of projects through all phases and service groups
    • Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project task, activity, documentation and time information per internal standards


    The IDEAL candidate looks something like this:

    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience with business and technical ERP projects
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365 Finance and Operations strongly preferred
    • 5 years managing project teams and developing people
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodology and tools including applications such as MS Project, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft SureStep and MS SharePoint.
    • Familiarity with a variety of technology solutions and ability to learn new ones
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with up to and including C-level executives
    • Solid understanding of ERP implementation projects as well as SDLC methodologies.
    • Undergraduate degree in information systems, business, computer science or equivalent work experience in project management / business analysis
    • Up to 25% travel is also required based on assigned project(s)
