    Yes- you will be using your technical & architectural skills to build a data & analytics platform from scratch.     The Successful Candidate:

    • Gets excited by contributing to the company mission- to help children love learning!
    • Has a blend of highly analytical skills and business acumen
    • Loves working in a collaborative team
    • Is comfortable with setting up and maintaining Azure resources & services
    • Wants to grow a Data team, and maybe whole department!
    • Can triangulate data from multiple external sources to provide actionable insights
    • Has strong reporting and BI skills, including SSRS & Power BI
    • Is comfortable leading others, including managing vendor relationships

    Job Role & Responsibilities

    • Maintain and enhance enterprise data architecture in support of company-wide reporting and decision making
    • Data warehouse design, development, testing, configuration, and support.
    • Establish and maintain database standards and policies related to data integrity, approved analytic tools, etc.
    • Develop tools, models, and applications to support optimized decision making
    • Collaborate with C-Suite leaders to understand reporting and analytic needs and craft solutions
    • Recruit, train and develop the data architecture department
    • Train user community on application of analytic tools, Power BI in particular
