Responsibilities Include:

• Understand client business practices and recognize opportunities for improvement
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot support requests

Ideal experience / qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX
• Ability to code in X++ and customizations within D365 / AX
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical job experience
