    Reporting directly to the company founders (imagine zero red tape? ⛔)… this role is about leading from the front when it comes to prospecting and winning new business. We are looking for someone motivated, with high energy, who loves the chase of finding new customers.

    You will be given all the tools you could possibly need for you to do what you do best: sell CRM, and Power Platform solutions. Solutions that result in increased revenues for CROs.

     

    Ideally– you have been doing similar work in the Microsoft channel selling Dynamics CRM / D365 CE / Power Platform software, BUT we will also consider other SaaS or subscription-based selling at competitors within the Hubspot/Salesforce partner spaces.

     

    What will I be doing?

    • Research and compile accurate lists of Ideal Client Profiles
    • Systematically target your ICPs- using multiple prospecting methods every day
    • Work smart to leverage key relationships with Microsoft and find new clients
    • Use social media to post content and interact with your ICPs
    • Nurture leads into opportunities
    • Learn and execute the CX Sales Playbook (your secret weapon!!)
    • Reliably predict and deliver your personal sales quota
    • Work with leadership to close deals and win new clients, not just projects

     

    The IDEAL candidate looks something like this:

    • Loves hunting for new business, using a variety of prospecting tools
    • Has previously used ICPs to laser prospecting efforts
    • Is hungry to progress quickly in a proven start-up
    • Is passionate about learning the art of being a better seller
    • Understands the power of social media to pull in prospects
    • Knows that success and hard work come in hand in hand
    • Has an attitude of “out-work the competition” but has fun along the way too!
    • Has reliably predicted their revenue in the past
