Our Founder
Ryan has spent the last 10 years making connections in the Dynamics 365 space in North America. Never one to take a shortcut or employ dubious tactics in pursuit of a placement, Ryan always plays an honest game.
Integrity and hard work were values he learned on the football (soccer!) pitch.
Before becoming a recruiter, Ryan played professionally in England for Crystal Palace and enjoyed multiple campaigns with the Republic of Ireland’s national youth team.
Keen to strike out on his own after years in the recruitment business, he founded Bond Patrick.
With a network built over the last decade, he’s perfectly positioned to lead the go-to talent consultancy for Microsoft D365 in the USA.
