We’re looking for a D365 ERP Lead Business Analyst, who will be instrumental in the set-up and continual improvement of their Warehouse ERP capabilities.

It’s a 700,000-square-foot warehouse too, so you have plenty to do!

If you are passionate, team-oriented, personable, and genuine: you’ll be right at home. You can expect to be empowered by the leadership team to stay current & curious with all the latest Microsoft Warehouse technologies.

Your mission:

• Work closely with the Warehouse users to make recommendations for process improvements, & implement them
• Be hands-on with configurations & set-up of the D365 Warehouse modules using industry best practices
• Working alongside a dedicated and driven team who are passionate about the mission!

Ideal for someone who:

✅Has in-depth knowledge of Warehouse ERP software, ideally Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365

✅Has previously implemented WMS end-to-end or at least been part of the Set up

✅Previous experience in dealing with incoming tickets and troubleshooting & resolving any issues
